Griffin Boustany serves as a Partner, Financial Advisor, and Vice President at Masterpiece Financial Partners, where he works closely with clients and the firm’s team to help build thoughtful financial strategies. Griffin brings a strong background in business operations, leadership, and problem-solving, along with a client-first approach to financial planning.

Outside of work, Griffin enjoys USTA tennis, mountain biking, sports, spending time in nature, building Legos, and spending time with his family. Tennis is one of the biggest ways he stays balanced and inspired, as he enjoys training, practicing with his teams in Ann Arbor, and competing to move up in the national rankings. Before joining Masterpiece Financial Partners, Griffin worked at General Motors, where he gained experience in several disciplines, including supply chain and business operations. During that time, he had opportunities to make an impact within the organization and support clients of General Motors across North America.

Heather offered Griffin the opportunity to build on those experiences and apply them in a new way at Masterpiece Financial Partners. Since then, Griffin has used his background in leadership, operations, and client service to help support the firm’s growth and the financial lives of the clients it serves.

Griffin earned his Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the Penn State University Smeal College of Business. His education and professional experience continue to influence the way he thinks about strategy, service, innovation, and long-term planning.
