Heather is the founder of Masterpiece Financial Services as well as the principal financial advisor for the firm. As a fiduciary, Heather and her firm embrace each client relationship with a standard of always putting the needs and interests of the client first!  Heather received her MBA from the University of Toledo specializing in Finance and Accounting. Heather's licenses include the Series 7 and Series 66. She also has her Health and Life Insurance license. Heather’s previous work experience includes The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo as Executive Director and First Federal Bank as a Private Banker. Heather currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Maumee Valley Country Day School, JW Cole Financial Advisory Board and AssetMark Trust Company Field Advisory Board.

Griffin Boustany, B.S.

Griffin is the Vice President of Business Development of Masterpiece Financial Services. Griffin is a native of New York City and is currently residing in Ann Arbor, MI. He earned a bachelor of science in Management of Information Systems from Penn State University along with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Griffin’s previous work experience includes sales, marketing, supply chain and management roles at General Motors, General Motors Financial and ArcelorMittal as well as founding his own startup during his time at Penn State. His licenses include the Series 7 and Series 66. Griffin is responsible for the planning and execution of business development initiatives.

Aimee G. Bretzloff, MsEd, EA

Aimee is the Chief Operating Officer at Masterpiece Financial Services. She is a native of Toledo and graduated from St. Ursula Academy. She received her undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and her Masters Degree from The University of Toledo. Aimee's previous work experience includes the Family Learning and Services Center of Ford/UAW as Director and The Toledo Botanical Gardens. She is a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent. Aimee is an Enrolled Agent, EA, and is responsible for the management of our Tax Return Services.

Ryan Blaschak, BA, M.S.

Ryan is the Vice President of Operations for Masterpiece Financial Services. Ryan is originally from State College, PA; where he also attended Penn State University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications Business Management. He has graduated from Walsh College in Michigan with a Master’s of Information Technology, the concentration being in Data Sciences in 2023. His work experience includes sales, operations, and management roles for MSX International, while also participating in creating a start-up company while attending Penn State. Ryan likes to spend his time with his wife Rachel and daughter Ella, while watching sports and rooting on Penn State University with his dog Cannon.

Nick Rego, B.S.

Paraplanner & Operations Specialist

Nick is currently a Paraplanner and Operations Specialist for the firm, on track to become a part of the advising team. After a few years of experience in the tech industry after graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Nick moved from Boston to work with the firm's Financial Planning, Operations and Marketing departments. He misses surfing back home but has readjusted to running instead.
