What drew you into a career in wealth management, and how was your journey shaped your approach?

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of strategy and service — wealth management allows me to use both. Early on, I saw how sound financial guidance could change the trajectory of a business or a family, and that impact stuck with me. Over the years, working with a wide range of clients — from first-generation entrepreneurs to multi-generational families — has taught me that no two financial journeys are the same. That perspective has shaped my approach: listen first, tailor the strategy, and always plan with the long view in mind.

What do you believe is the most important factor in building long-term relationships with clients?

Trust, without question. And trust isn’t built through a single meeting or transaction — it’s earned through consistency, transparency, and follow-through over time. Clients need to know that I’m not just here for the market highs, but also during uncertainty — asking the right questions, adjusting when life changes, and always acting in their best interest.

How do you define success when working with a client?

Success means helping a client feel confident in their financial decisions and prepared for both the expected and the unknown. It’s not just about hitting investment benchmarks — it’s about aligning a financial plan with their values, goals, and lifestyle. If a client can sleep better at night knowing their plan is working for them, that’s success.

Outside of work, what's a hobby or interest that helps you stay balanced or inspired?

I love spending time outdoors — being active or just sitting and relaxing with friends and family. Nature has a way of grounding me, and it reminds me that progress doesn’t always have to be fast paced to be meaningful. It’s where I clear my head and often come back with better ideas and fresh perspective.
