What drew you into a career in wealth management, and how was your journey shaped your approach?
I was working at General Motors during a time when the automotive industry was rapidly changing. I worked in many different disciplines such as supply chain and business operations and had many experiences to make differences within the organization and for clients of General Motors all over North America. Heather offered me the opportunity to build off of those experiences and start to shape the future for clients at Masterpiece Financial utilizing all of the tools and resources that Heather and the team have built. Having all these experiences together as well as leading teams in different disciples at previous firms gives me a very unique approach with my clients and my team at Masterpiece Financial.
What do you believe is the most important factor in building long-term relationships with clients?
Trust is the most important factor in any long-term client relationship. I strive to earn my client's trust every day.
How do you define success when working with a client?
Success looks differently for each and every client. This is something that we define together before moving forward with any financial plan.
Outside of work, what's a hobby or interest that helps you stay balanced or inspired?
