What drew you into a career in wealth management, and how was your journey shaped your approach?
My career before starting at Masterpiece Financial Partners was multi-faceted to say the least. I held positions at multiple levels at start-ups to large corporations. When finishing my Master's Degree at Walsh College, I found a likeness to the operational side of business and the classes I took were focused on financial compliance, policies, and procedures. My Father is also in the Financial Advising field, so when this opportunity presented itself, it was a good transition by having some familiarity with the field on the advisor side and learning everything I can about the operational side to help any way I can.
What do you believe is the most important factor in building long-term relationships with clients?
The most important factor is building trust and having strong communication with clients. From my experiences, being as transparent as possible no matter the circumstance and having potential solutions shows proactivity while also providing comfort showing your commitment to your clients and their wellbeing.
How do you define success when working with a client?
You gain success by over delivering on expectations for your client’s goals.
Outside of work, what's a hobby or interest that helps you stay balanced or inspired?
I believe that having a good balance between work and life is critical in overall success. For me, it is expressing my creative side with some fictional writing and relaxing with my family watching movies. I do also like to compete with myself and going Golfing. It keeps that competitive nature that I grew up with alive while also stressing patience because anyone who golfs knows that one swing can send everything awry.
